Payton Herman

Payton Herman is an elite thirteen-year-old commercial dancer, actress, and model based in Southern California. Known for her technical precision and magnetic presence, she trains exclusively within the elite resident program at the world-renowned commercial powerhouse, The Space in Brea, CA, for the 2026/2027 season. Payton began her formal training at the prestigious Ballet West at age three, studying classical foundations for three years before transitioning to Summit Dance Project in Park City, Utah. There, she built a diverse competitive foundation across Ballroom, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, and Musical Theatre. She began competing at age nine, consistently capturing top honors nationwide before expanding her training at Pulse Dance Project in Austin, Texas, ahead of her move to California.

An exceptionally high-volume and high-endurance performer, Payton dominated the competitive circuit by executing over ten group pieces a night across every major dance genre while simultaneously securing top scholarship honors for her solo performances. Her elite status was further recognized within the national convention circuit as a prominent Artists Simply Human (ASH) Alum, where she earned her place touring the country as an ASH Assistant for the 2025/2026 season following her year as an official ASH Company Member (2024/2025). Her competitive edge is backed by major national accolades, including being named the PressPlay Featured Artist Winner, an Adrenaline Dance Honored Dancer Nominee, a 24 Seven Non-Stop Dancer Runner-Up, and a JUMP VIP Finalist.

A highly versatile multi-talented artist, Payton spent three seasons performing in Utah's production of The Nutcracker and performed extensively across the country in every opening and closing show of the ASH national tour. To complement her strong performance style, she brings natural camera confidence to her work in modeling and actively polishes her skills in acting to expand her career across print, screen, and stage. Backed by elite resident training, Payton is a polished, professional young talent primed for commercial, television, film, fashion, and live stage projects.
