McKenna Beard

McKenna Beard is a 15-year-old from Indiana, who recently moved to California to pursue her dreams of having a professional dance career. This is her first year at the Space with the Launch Hybrid program.

She has been dancing for 8 years and has trained in ballet, pointe, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, musical theater, jazz funk, hip hop, tap, and acro.

McKenna is an apprentice with Platinum National Dance Convention and was a Tribe Member with Activate Your Artistry Dance Convention. In addition to dance, McKenna is an actress and hopes to have a professional career in that field of entertainment as well.

When she is not dancing, she enjoys seeing family, hanging out with friends, reading, and listening to music.

McKenna is excited to begin this new chapter and is looking forward to stepping outside of her comfort zone, building new relationships, and growing both as an artist and as an individual!
